What is the difference in meaning?

1- We commemorate this day in order that we shall not forget this historic moment.
2- We commemorate this day in order that we will not forget this historic moment.
3- We commemorate this day in order that we don't forget this historic moment.


Answer


There really is no difference in meaning.
1. Future. British English.
2. Future. American English.
3. Present tense used to mean "at any time-present or future."
